Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients Yield- 1 Serving (300ml)

  • 30ml Healthwits Aloe Vera Juice
  • ½ apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 slice of apple, roughly chopped (for garnish)
  • 80g pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp muesli
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 3 – 4 ice cubes

Method

First of all add the milk, pomegranate and apple together in the blender and blend until smooth (no lumps should be left). Now add muesli and peanut butter and blend well till you get a smooth creamy texture!! Add some chopped apple for garnish and enjoy.
