Mexican Corn Salad with Aloe vera dressing

A heathy aloe – vera twist to an old famous Mexican salad.

Ingredients Yields 1 bowl

  • 30 ml Healthwits Aloe vera juice
  • 1 cup boiled fresh corn kernels
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method

In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Relish it immediately or chilled.
