Include vegetables in your dessert with zero added sugar. A treat for all karela lovers and who wish to keep their sugar in control.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend together till a smooth mixture (can also use popsicle moulds)
2. Cover the top of the ice tray with a cling wrap and poke toothpicks into the middle of each cube
3. Freeze till sufficiently frozen.
4. Serve frozen.
