Ingredients YIELD - 1 Serving (200ml)

  • 30 ml Healthwits Jamun Juice
  • 1/2 medium bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 25 ml milk
  • 25 g vanilla flavoured yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 2 - 3 ice cubes
  • Sugar / honey – optional

Method

In a blender combine banana, Healthwits Jamun Juice, apple, milk, yogurt, flaxseeds and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glasses and serve. Sprinkle some nutmeg or cinnamon powder if desired.
