A healthy and an all- time favourite salad. Brimming with iron, vitamin C and protein – a great meal for weight watchers. One can toss in a few pieces of fresh paneer too.

Ingredients Yield 1 serving

  • 30 ml Healthwits Karela Juice
  • 3/4 cup boiled kala chana (black gram)
  • 1/3 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ginger- green chilli paste
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
