Ingredients Yield- 1 Serving 200ml

  • 30ml Healthwits Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 cup milk (100ml, chilled)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 4 chopped dates (deseeded)
  • ½ apple (peeled & chopped)

Method

In a blender add Healthwits Aloe Vera juice, milk, oats, dates and apple. Process for about 30 seconds, or until smooth. Serve chilled
