    Ingredients:-
    • ½ cup aloe vera gel
    • ½ cup blueberries (you can use the berries of your choice, such as strawberries, blackberries, or even assorted berries)
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (organic)
    • Honey (optional)
    • ½ cup mango
    • 4-5 basil leaves

    Recipe:-
    • Take an aloe vera leaf and scoop out its translucent flesh and put it in a blender.
    • Now, add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and run it till it becomes frothy and creamy.
    • To make it chilled, blend some ice cubes along with the juice.
    • Consume immediately.
    You can also consume plain aloe vera juice in the morning and evening, or one spoon of undiluted aloe vera juice 30 minutes before your every meal. Aloe vera helps cleanse the body, boost the metabolism, improve digestion, and keeps you full, thus, aiding weight loss.

    • 1 bitter gourd
    • Celery sticks 2
    • 2 apples
    • 1 cucumber small

    • Take the bitter gourd, peel it and deseed it. Do the same with the lemon.
    • Now, chop all the ingredients and put it in a blender.

    • Blend it well.
    • Once the juice is ready, strain it and drink it fresh.
