  • Garlic
  • Garlic contains a large amount of sulfur and it is one of the best home remedies for alopecia. The nutrients from the garlic boost the production of collagen, which can increase hair growth.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Pick some garlic cloves.

    Step 2: Crushed to make juice.

    Step 3: Add some spoons of coconut oil.

    Step 4: Put the mixture to heat for a few minutes.

    Step 5: Once it cools down, apply it over your scalp or massage well.

    Step 6: After about half an hour, use cold water to wash the hair.

  • Aloe Vera Juice
  • Aloe Vera, undoubtedly, is extremely beneficial for the skin and hair. In the treatment of alopecia, it increases the growth of new hair and stops the hair loss at the same time. Freshly extracted gel from Aloe Vera or Aloe Vera juice should be used to get the best results.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Rub it over your scalp and hair. Then, massage those areas.

    Step 2: After some time, wash your hair with cold water.

    You should follow this remedy 2-3 times (every day) to get rid of alopecia naturally in the least amount of time.

  • Coconut Oil
  • It has been considered as one of the best home remedies for alopecia since years and is very simple to use as well.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Put it directly on your hair before going to bed at night.

    Step 2: Wash your hair with water next morning.

  • Mustard Oil
  • Mustard oil is also very effective in treating baldness.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Boil some mustard oil.

    Step 2: Add about 4 spoons of crushed henna leaves and boil for a while.

    Step 1: Mix 50 g of tea with one liter of warm water.

  • To achieve a beautiful and healthy skin, the egg should be included in your daily meals. But it is also a great natural remedy for alopecia as well. A diversity of essential nutrients can be found in an egg, such as sulfur, protein, iodine or selenium. They all play a significant role in the growth of healthy hair.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Take egg white.

    Step 2: Add olive oil and mix them together.

    Step 3: Apply the paste over your hair.

    Step 4: After 15-20 minutes, use cool water and shampoo to wash the hair.

  • Oatmeal
  • Oatmeal has an abundance of fiber, which works effectively to prevent hair loss. In addition, omega-3 fatty acids from an oatmeal can bring down the number of falling hair. Thus, oatmeal must be included in your daily meals to treat alopecia.

  • Hibiscus
  • Hibiscus nourishes hair, prevents early graying, treats dandruff and controls hair fall.

    How to use it-

    Step 1: Crush a few flowers and mix coconut or sesame oil to make a paste.

    Step 2: Put on the scalp and hair and let it stay on for a few hours.

    Step 3: Rinse off with cold water using a mild shampoo.

    Step 4: After 15-20 minutes, use cool water and shampoo to wash the hair.

  • Oatmeal
  • People have been using almond oil for healthy hair since ages. Rub it in gently until most of the oil is absorbed into the scalp and leave it on overnight to get best results.
